The better, I hope people who are writing emails to Bohn are putting some of these sad stats in.
Hawks records more than halfway through year 4
15-29 overall record
4-13 vs Big 12 North opponents
0-9 on road vs. Big 12 north opponents
2-17 overall road record
1-3 vs. Kansas
0-3 vs. Mizzou
1-3 vs. Kansas St.
1-2 vs. Nebraska
1-2 vs. Iowa St.
Hawk seems to have a "Big win" every year, but what has happened after those big wins that gets buffs fans hopes up again?
2006: Beat Texas Tech 30-6, went 1-4 after that game.
2007: Beat Oklahoma 27-24, went 3-4 after.
2008: Started 3-0 and beat WVU, went 2-6 after
2009: Beat Kansas 34-30, lost to KSU after for the programs 10th straight loss on the road against the north.
And Gary Barnett was 19-5 against the north from '01-'05, with two of those losses his last two regular season games. IMO, the north might be slightly better now than it was then, but not by much. Hawk has pretty much reversed that record against the same quality of opponents.
