Transfer Portal Rankings (Yep, 247 now tracking this)

I'm confused by this. Does this mean USF has those players coming in or going out?
 
It is crazy the number of players across the country jumping into the portal - hard to imagine them all finding a landing spot

Had the same question, looks like it is just giving credit for incoming and not factoring in departures. Most schools including CU would be in the negative if it was deducting those leaving.

It's your "signing class" for transfers.

I agree that they should factor in losses and have 3 sortable columns: "Portal Gains", "Portal Losses", "Net Portal Gain/Loss".
