Jake Heaps - I am glad we didn't get that loser.
Jake Heaps is 18 years old, he's going to be fine...
If a team goes independent and no one watches, didn it really happen?
If Utah State keeps rolling BYU, one team that won't be happy is Nebraska, because Washington would look even worse
USU got rolled by Fresno.....you go BYU.
Couldn't happen to a better school/religious group.
This makes the independent thing all the more laughable. It's like if CSU said, you know what, **** it, we're outta here. People would give it a glance... then go right back to what they were doing.
lotta white girls going to USU.....
BYU is a pain, but Fresno is likely the upstart that I despire the most.
I'm loving this
Anyone else hearing the BYU fan and USU fan yelling at each other?
BYU is about to find out how nice in state little brother fan is when their team wins.
I did.....seemed like ESPN was not interested in cutting it off. Maybe they know that only 10K people worldwide are watching this game.
Yeah, kind of a weak game to show nationally on ESPN. I'd have rather watched two MAC teams.
my guess is...more people are watching a Hogan's Heroes rerun on WGN than this game....
Good thing that BYU is going independent...smart financial move. I think we can count on $20M/year for their TV contract.
The Friday night games typically aren't that good.
Lot of people at mid-majors who BYU has beat up on over the years are watching and enjoying.
BYU is about as popular among the smaller mid-major programs as Nebraska is among their collection of handpicked OOC victims over the years.
If Nebraska was getting whipped by Northern Iowa how many would be watching just to enjoy watching the corn suffer?
Except last year's CU - Toledo game. That was a jewel.
I was kidding with my comment, BUT, his performance has been underwhelming thus far, even for a true freshman.
Separate names with a comma.
