You list white people who have been highly successful for exhibiting the same traits that Prime has but have no downside (unless you count their multiple millions in grifty paydays). Only difference is that only Prime is the one getting all of the shyt in the media because he only had a 4x win turnaround.

Every single perception of Coach Prime is influenced by race. To a lesser extent by economic class and by religion, but those are secondary because race influences how people see those aspects of him.
The one thing I would point out, though, is that this doesn't mean that any criticism of Coach Prime must be racist. As long as it's something that you would criticize any coach, leader or public figure for - and have - regardless of race would be fair game if kept to the same level of complaint. For example if you don't like that he focused on building outside-in instead of through the trenches, that's legit as long as you're not just looking for a reason to attack CP. But still, need to acknowledge that often times legit criticism is more focused on Coach Prime and turned to a higher volume because of race.
