Quarterback Cuts

He has a couple friends from San Diego and it is a non-issue haha. You guys take twitter really really serious.

If I were a teenager and could blow up internet message boards with random tweets...

it would definitely be a power I would abuse for my own (and teammates's) enjoyment.

Dorman and Schrock are out

I guess what I meant was I exepcted to see some names not under the QB position anymore - i.e. Wood at TE or something of that nature.

edit: had a double negative problem

#SDSU - Shane Dillon's Scaring Us
I'd be shocked if Dillon was looking to transfer given that he is in the top 4 and has only had 8 practices so far this year and has the least experience of the top 4.

He's in the race and he appears to be very confident (some would argue borderline cocky) which suggests he wouldn't shy away from this competition. And who could blame him. What is the combined record, completion percentage, TD/INT ratio of his competitors?

(FYI: That is a rhetorical question at the end, please don't answer it b/c it would be too depressing).

Well, they haven't been cut or asked to switch positions. I'd guess it means they will see very few if any reps the rest of the spring and then they will have a heart to heart with HCMM after the spring to get their feedback.

Scout team QB for the defense for both with no actual reps

I honestly don't care. You want to leave and go home? You can't separate yourself from Jordan Webb? Peace brah.

That whole quarterback Elite 11 thing is a joke at this point... If that was such a great program led by Dilfer, then all 11 kids should be able to go to their respective teams and dominate. Do any of them ever do that? Does not appear so to me. We have had two and call me disappointed. I hope Dillon turns it on. I know he is recovering from surgery, but still should show more flashes.

Kind of like your joke calling a 15 year old hot?

IMO it should not be any surprise that Dillon isn't ready to take the reigns, but that's no reason to give up on him yet. He had one of the worst coaches/staff in the history of CFB tutoring him last year, so I expect his growth was minimal. Also it seems like when an athlete is coming off a big surgery, he takes a while to adjust mentally(not just w/ knee injuries). Then when you toss in a new playbook, pressure from the fanbase/media to be #1, it's no surprise he's not jumped out to the solid #1 QB. AJ McCarron wasn't a full time starter his RS Frosh year and he's turned out okay. Sometimes I think people just set their expectations too high. If he does transfer because he doesn't win the starting job or because he hates the snow, then SDSU can have him.

Hey Tini' - I was once younger. I have not always been the age I am now. When I thought she was hot I was younger and closer to her age. That is an older movie. Damn dude what is your deal?

Just one of those days man. Just one of those days.

I also assume everyone on here is 35.

When Cody went, it was by invitation. Dillon got there through competition in regional rounds and the final was among 25 or so regional winners. Its a skills contest, first and foremost, advanced PP&K.

Cut Dillon some slack: that was not just surgery on his shoulder, that was a rebuild that makes Tommy John surgery look like a tonsilectomy. Then to come back from that and be coached by Water Bottle??? (And I use the term, "coached", very loosely.)
