The women's lacrosse team (7-6, 4-2 MPSF) hosts San Diego State (6-6, 3-2 MPSF) today at 1pm in Boulder in a battle that could determine who makes the conference tournament and who doesn't. The Buffs are currently in 5th place, while SDSU is in 6th and UC Davis is in 7th with a 1-4 record. The top 6 teams in the conference make the tournament with the winner getting an automatic bid to the NCAA championship. The Buffs are coming off of an upset win over USC in overtime, while SDSU have lost 5 in a row with the most recent loss by just a goal to first place Denver. With only four games remaining (3 in conference) in the regular season, a win here is very important. The game won't be televised today, but there is a live stream from the Pac-12 network and live stats.

EDIT: I was looking at the overall record, so the standings between 6th and 7th aren't as close, but this game is still important because we could still fall out of playoff contention if we lose the three remaining conference games.

This game is huge for the season.

A win would position the Buffs for a Top 4 finish in the conference and a winning season.

This weather should be a real shock to the systems for the SDSU team. At least the Buffs have seen this before. Rather a contrast to the 70 degree temps and sunny skies they played in on Friday.

I'm having some problems with the feed but it looks like it's 0-0 with about 23 minutes left in the first half

The video is going in and out and there is no sound, so the play by play from me will be limited

14:30 to go in the first half and still a 2-0 SDSU lead. They also lead in shots 5-2.

GGGGGGGGGOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sarah Lautman scored for the Buffs to cut the SDSU lead to 2-1

Free position GOAL, Marie Moore bringing the score to 3-2. SDSU keeps the lead but 8:57 remains in the half

SDSU goal bringing them to a 5-3 lead with 22:03 remaining in the game

Free position shot Marie Moore is GOOD! Her 2nd of the game. SDSU 5, CU 4. 20 mins to play

Another Buffaloes SCORE! Marie Moore with her THIRD goal tying it up at 5-5. 19:08 to play

GOALLLLLL!!!! Sarah Lautman with her THIRD goal. CU takes the lead 6-5 with 3:37 to play
