Pregame Thread - CU vs CSU at Mile High

Been a great day for the higher command to declare a 4-day for the weekend!
But sucks to have to wait until 9 tonight for kickoff. Going to have to watch the Beers on a Friday Afternoon!

That'll do. BTW, from reading your posts it sounds like you live on the forest floor of the Amazon. Don't say anything to dispel that belief please. It's the narrative I like to use when I read your posts.

This is why CU needs to stop treating the students as a special category of fan when it comes to ticket handling - this is ridiculous, and I would be royally pissed if I was them:

Yup, it's gonna be tough getting home at around 5 on a Friday and not have a few beers right away. I must be getting old, dammit!!

That's where I'm at. I don't see how the Rams can run the ball when they couldn't against us last year and they lost everything from their run game. So they've got to hang their hat on a new identity of spreading things out and airing things out. That's exactly what the Buffs see every week in the Pac-12 against teams with talent that blows CSU out of the water. They have nothing that concerns me. Tonight is 100% about whether CU takes care of CU's business.

As the CO, I too declared a four-day weekend. What's more, I had the change of command last Friday instead of today so that the post-ceremony party wouldn't interrupt the game. (Is that immature :) ).

At least you went to work today. I took the day off, gotta get downtown early for the tailgating.
 
Been in a meeting for the past 2 hours on the phone here at work....when it's done, I'm going to hit the head, eat some lunch, work a bit, hit hte gym, and sneak out around 3-3:30.
