Surprised Duke fell all the way to 17... I'm guessing our 2 votes in the coaches poll may have come from the last 2 teams we beat

I get not being ranked. I wouldn't have CU in my Top 25. Hard to go there with 9 losses.

Quick back-of-the-envelope Top 25:

What KU did to Texas was a statement. Hard to say a team is "peaking" when they've been top 5 basically all year, but they appear to have figured out the couple issues they had earlier.

ACC chase goes on. UVA won at Clemson, so now it's:

UNC 13-4 (@ Duke)
Miami 12-4 (@ ND, @ VT)
UVA 12-5 (L'ville)

Oklahoma squeaked out a home win against Baylor. Sooners are seemingly just not quite what they were. This is becoming more than a 2-3 game thing. They may have peaked. Don't get me wrong, doesn't mean they still can't make the Final Four..

This final week in the ACC and the conference tournament will go a long way to determining which 2 high seeds end up playing in Raleigh. UVA and UNC are the most likely 2 to end up in Raleigh as 1 or 2 seeds but if either stumbles this week or early in the conference tournament they could get shipped elsewhere and Miami could end up playing at PNC.

Oregon getting everything it can handle tonight from the Bruins. Really tough to beat in Pauley when they are on their game.

It looks to me that there are about 10 teams in the top 25 that wouldn't be in the top 5 of the PAC. The voters aren't up late enough to know that.

Does anyone really believe that #4 Villanova would win the PAC?

Boston College about to reach a new low: winless conference records in both football and basketball in the same season.

Way to seize those media markets!

Oklahoma had to grind out a narrow 75-67 victory over TCU. It was very close throughout. The Sooners are looking as if they may have peaked too early. They have not looked nearly as impressive over the past month.

Tough loss for Cuse at FSU today. They probably need at least 1 win in the ACC tourney now to make the dance.

VT taking it to #7 Miami right now. If I'm not mistaken this could open the door for UVA to win the regular season ACC title if Duke beats the tar holes tonight.

Yep. Cheering for VT and Duke today. Un****ingbelievable. UVA gets the 1 seed in the ACCT if both lose (and UVA wins)

Cuse and Pitt finishing behind VT in the ACC standings is not a good look. Both need to find themselves at least 1 win in DC to feel remotely decent.

Well, Cuse and Pitt will meet in the ACC tournament on Wednesday.

Buzz has VT rising quickly

I'm not sure whether to deem that an NCAA "play-in" game as the bubble is weak and both may well still get in...but it's pretty damn close. The loser of that one will have some sleepless nights.

Duke is getting absolutely dominated on the boards and UNC is almost scoring at will in the paint. Surprisingly it's only an 8-point game at the half.

North Carolina wins ACC regular season with their win at Duke

Duke was out-rebounded something like 60-26.

If Duke had hit hit just a couple more of their 3's this one would've been much more interesting down the stretch. But Duke should've started driving the ball more once Brice got his 3rd foul.

Duke is going to be ripe for the picking in the postseason. K's refusal to add any depth whatsoever (even a few minutes) is going to kill them

Agreed - I just hope Duke doesn't lose the opening round. However, depth and inside game are glaring weaknesses with this team. I don't think it'll happen based on seedings, but seriously, CU could beat Duke this year.
