Boohoo. We lost out on a QB. Guess what **** happens. Us fans, people that have no chance of changing outcomes of games, think and believe our season is over before we have even played a game.

Guess what nobody in the Buffaloes locker room gives a **** about Webb not coming, every single player has been preparing themselves for this upcoming season and this entire board going into meltdown mode because of One player is asinine and ludicrous.

You guys don't pay attention to anything but headlines, you don't dig deep to see how this team truly feels, about the whole QB situation. The kids in that locker room follow Sefo on the field, in their eyes he is "QB1".

We will never know what could have been with Davis Webb as the QB of our team, if he even started. All we can do as fans is get behind this underdog of a team, an underdog that has good of a shot to breakthrough as any Buff team in the past 10 years.

I don't know about you guys, but I'm ****ing pumped to see some classic Buff D back in Folsom. I'm can't wait to see Sefo lead us into a bowl game and prove every single person wrong. This is what college sports is about, not about mercenaries coming in to win games, but a team coming together and winning something special. We don't have the depth of any team in the pac-12. We don't have the biggest O-line or fastest WR's. But watching these buffs, we have as much heart as any team in the nation.

This past year at UND, I got to travel wit the football team and spend time with countless other D1 teams(FCS). And do you know what team always won every week? The team that trusted each other the most, the team who wanted to win with every single fiber in their bodies.

Sefo Luifau can manage this offense, and if he can't, well we will have a new head coach next year. But why do you have to be such curmudgeons and not even give this team a chance. Guys on that team would take a bullet for Sefo, honestly can't say the same about Webb if he came here.

It's time to get behind this specific team, not because they are our Buffs, and we feel loyal to them, we need to get behind them because if they have any shot to win this year they are going to need all the fan support and momentum they can get.

We are the only ones that care about Davis Webb not coming here(maybe except for the coaches) but not one player in that locker room would chose to go to a bowl game with Davis leading them over Sefo, and that's a fact.

So that's it, the Buffs just didn't rally enough desire to win fibers over the last decade. Who knew?

Right, we'll hear the "We are sick of losing and last year will never happen again"

One problem, it keeps happening every year.

Every fan on this board wants sefo to lead this team to a bowl game, but for once just go out and make it happen and stop blowing smoke.

You need to reconcile these two statements. Either our support is irrelevant or it matters.

Quite being pansies over losing one player. ****ing buff up and get ready for a wild ride the 2016 season is about to give us. **** you snow. **** you duff. **** you 08. Big ole **** you to lefty. **** you Fight. And most importantly **** any team that isn't the University of Colorado.

I agree with @FLounder on this. I've posted in the past that Sefo may not have been one of the guys, stayed to himself off the field etc. In the past four months that has changed full circle. He's with the team on a Saturday night ( maybe he needs to hangout more with the guys who got in trouble). This team will rally behind him and I do think the players around him are the best in his four years. One funny point about the board melting down and players not caring. I sent out a couple texts and they didn't know that Webb decommitted nor did they really care that much. Webb would've been nice, really nice, but I think that we will see a fired up team next year that will be the best we have seen since 2007.

Let me guess... We were one play away from winning all games last season. It's the little things that need to be worked on. Once we have the best Monday practice ever we will be unstoppable!

As has been documented repeatedly, but for some reason evidently completely unknown to a large portion of fans: pop psychology fantasias are not the ingredients to success in sports. Good players are.

I'm writing off the season until I see evidence that I shouldn't. So far, next year looks pretty much the same as the last three.

This strategy has worked for me since somewhere in Embree and late Hawkins. I get a little excited each fall but it fades quickly. We just have too much to fix and it's going to take a couple of solid classes of recruits and a good depth chart before that happens. If the recruiting gurus here are right things are looking up. But we've by no means cleared jetti and made it into open waters.

It's perfect, I've used it since the end of 2008, they haven't failed yet.

Someday it'll be better. Hawkins and Embree left us in a bad place. MacIntyre didn't start quick enough to fix it. Maybe two years from now these two classes will do something. Otherwise, pfffffttttttt.
