CU Rank in CFP Poll - 11/1: #15

Where will CU be ranked in the CFP Poll?

  • 12 or better

  • 13

  • 14

  • 15

  • 16

  • 17

  • 18

  • 19

  • 20

  • 21 or worse

Results are only viewable after voting.
When does that come out, and is there a computer component to it? Or just the playoff committee or what?

Should be 15, but I voted for 18 because you can take Barry Alvarez out of Lincoln, but . . .

They are much more analytical than AP and Coach's. They take schedule and quality of opponents into account, for instance.

@Buffnik @junta:

is there any xenforo widget that will display poll data in a graphical way? a bar chart here would be nice....

INB4 96 says **** You

Collegefootballnews (which has been down on CU this season more than any media outlet in terms of projected records, bowls, etc) predicts 25.

Not that I know of. Hell, it was almost impossible to find an addon that would allow us to make tables.

I say 20 because I keep seeing the "CU is a nice story, but..." narrative in the media, save for a few people. Once we stomp out UCLA on national TV, I think we could see a large jump in next week's CFP rankings.

There's also this stupid as **** websitehttp://www.azcentral.com/story/sports/college/2016/10/31/whos-first-college-football-playoff-rankings-come-out-tuesday/93080152/ that says,
Pac-12 chances
Shut out last season, the conference doesn't have many options. Pretty much, Washington is the only hope.
Two other teams – No. 16 Utah and No. 25 Washington State – made this week's USA Today Amway Coaches Poll. If the Utes run the table and then beat Washington in the Pac-12 Championship, the Utes might have a shot. But even then, the teams ranked above them would have to fall like dominoes.
