Considering the great field position we are getting it is a bit depressing. Why would we not be using simple passes to help Montez get comfortable. Short simple throws, not long patterns on a crappy night. Simple screens, crossing routes. Just get some completions under his belt.

It is classic targeting according to the ****ty writing of the rule.

This targeting stuff goes a little too far, I can't imagine trying to walk on eggshells while performing these literally split second physical hits required of these guys, your helmets can't touch at all jeez.

The concept of targeting is that you were TARGETING THEIR HEAD. I think the amount of times that actually appears to be the case are lower than we're seeing.
