GAME THREAD: Buffs vs. Cats | March 8th @1pm | Pac-12 Network

Just got a chance to check in.

12 fouls on AZ with 5 to go.

Seems legit.

How long are we going to have to be in this ****ing conference before we get one iota of respect?

I don’t think it’s a respect issue. It’s an incompetence issue.

Outmatched players foul more often. It's partly the youth and lower talent level compared to Arizona. Next year should be better with more experience. It would also be nice if AZ played by the same rules when it comes to recruiting.

OMG. King got tackled and no call. Un****ingreal. This is beyond beyond.

I retract my comment. These refs suck.

Del, plus Kountz & Parquet coming in. But I see a lot of 2s and Wings in that group without a 1.

I’ve seen enough from Del to make me less than confident in his ability to improve enough to be a dynamic player. The tape and rankings on Koontz and Parquet don’t make me salivate. And yes, no PG.

Big problem.

I'm not able to watch the game, is Kin hurt badly?
Must be bad for him to sit. He was down for a bit before they got him up. Then they tried to tape it but he still couldn't put weight on it. Then they took him to the locker room and still couldn't make it right with whatever they tried to do away from the cameras. Tough dude, too, so if there was a way I have no doubts he would have played.

At this point, hoping we get a NIT bid and that he's able to play.

Ristic did a finger wave to the ref like a whiny Euro and the ref did not even give it another thought. An NBA Ref would have given him a Technical easily.

I want to sweep and pound the piss out of this team next year without their $100,000 man and Trier who is a jackass.

Good season Buffs, you are a team on a meteoric rise!!!

Not sure what I expected this to show, or where to put it, but I thought the difference would be higher- personal fouls called for and against CU.

Edit: Final game ended 18/27

62% to 25%. What are you gonna do...
Just got overwhelmed by their size. Can't overcome that when you're not shooting well from deep.

One hell of a defensive game plan on Ayton today. Kept him off the glass, too. But we just don't have enough to focus that much on Ayton and still deal with Ristic.

Well guess it was expected but still sucks how it went down. Hope Kin's ankle is ok. Thanks to the seniors. Hope they get a chance to play a little more.

If Walton and Bey can continue to grow and get stronger, and if Evan Battey can get on the court, this team could be scary good, and should be a for sure Tourney Team next year and the one after that!
Really love this team and connect with them. They are a bunch you can really like!

Having Miller, Battey, and Brown available today would have kept us in the game. Depth was the issue, especially down low.

It was good to see some fire in Collier. Wish we had seen more of that from him.

4 of their 5 starters are gone next year ... and their bench is very very thin and inexperienced.

4 of our 5 return, with 3 more on the bench with significant experience.

Gotta love that.
