'19 CA WR Kyle Ford (Signed to USC)

I think its Washington or us here. If there's a coach on the hot seat in this conference, its Clay Helton-especially if they lose again Saturday.
Don't forget about Oregon though. He has said countless times that Oregon is recruiting him the hardest and the way they have been recruiting California this year, I could easily see him going to the ducks.

Seems like all four teams will be in it until the end. He has been pretty consistent with CU, Oregon, and USC while Washington has definitely surged.

If Colorado wins 8-9 games I think he is a Buff. He really loves it here and tells a bunch of his friends how awesome it is. We just have to prove we are a capable football team which should go well.
Maybe. That’s the minimum threshold for having a decent chance. Another factor could be whether Montez declares for the draft. Having a senior signal-caller throwing to you could be meaingful, especially with Winfree’s and Macintyre’s spots opening up. If he commits, he plays right away, IMO.

If Montez declares for the draft the new buffs signal caller will most likely be Ford's HS QB, right? Not a bad selling point....

No argument. The chemistry for Lytle/Ford is a definite plus but I think we’d all agree a senior Montez > rs soph Lytle and Ford would be looking to maximize what everyone projects to be a three year college career.

So, when Viska is a Heisman candidate after his season is over, we are right in the middle of his game!

Couple good examples for Chev to point to of guys tearing ACLs and coming back at CU. Winfree and Moretti with Jackson about ready to contribute.

I was thinking more along the lines of P Rich and PL, but we do have an unfortunate amount of examples. Hope Ford is able to make a similar recovery.

Yeah those others work too. We aren’t the only program who can point to that stuff, especially if you go back 5+ years, but we do have 3 examples of guys who are on the team now (4 if you include Poplawski who actually healed from his ACL very quickly but unfortunately is shelved due to shoulder).
