Over the weekend, Toler visited Colorado, the school he has been committed to since July. Buff head coach Mike MacIntyre was dismissed as the head coach earlier today.

“It was kind of weird,” Toler said. “I talked to him on Saturday but it was real short, almost like he knew something was going to happen. Then today on my way to airport, I heard the news over twitter and then my phone started to blow up.

“It’s kind of disappointing because I liked coach Mac but I’m still committed. I want to wait things out and see who they hire but I do plan to go through the recruiting process moving forward.”

Toler said several schools have reached out to him and he’ll likely take a few official visits.

“I’ve been hearing from Arizona State, Cal, Illinois and Vanderbilt,” Toler said. “Washington has hit me up a few times as well. I’ve been really impressed with ASU, they’re playing really well. They offered me right before I committed, I was going to take a visit but never had a chance to. I was going to give coach Herm (Edwards) a call tonight but I definitely want to check them out.
