Rumors of Certain Regents Potentially Voting Against MT Contract

Your behavior isn't helpful, is the point. It fits with the worst of our political discourse. I didn't label you, you slandered others. Sounds like you would get owned in the politics forum though.
My behavior? Oh well. You are probably correct. I do not have a future in politics nor do I desire one. I am not entering a discourse with you on this as it appears you already have a preconceived notion of what I believe. Also, I am pretty cynical about this and really do not have a desire to change your mind. I would call it apathy rather than any kind of malice though.

Are we too cool to like Ralphie now?
Absolutely not.

But I don't like the direction of our football program determined by people who are more likely to miss the 4th quarter of a home game to beat traffic than they are to miss Ralphie running before kickoff.

You are going a bit off the rails here. Just because they are liberals doesn't make them communists. Don't be that guy.

Also, going full maga on a group of liberals isn't going to win you anything but scorn

Scorn is something we know that you know about.

How about a little of that scorn of yours being put to productive use in the form of a stern letter directed towards Kroll, Griego, and Shoemaker.

Prove that your strongly worded letter is better than the template provided to Shldr2Shldr.

While I agree that this is very unlikely a race issue, these are politicians. I have no problem with it being brought to their attention that such a perception could exist and blow up in their faces.

It’s a race issue: a race to the bottom of the Pac-12

It’s worth noting that these regents are also looking to replace Bruce Benson. Any chance Jack Kroll, Yvonne Griego and Linda Shoemaker seek a pro-athletics President?

Email sent to the 3 grandstanders. RG, PD, and remaining Regents cc'd. It is mind-boggling and embarrassing that we may not have a unanimous vote on our new Head Coach's contract. HCMT's salary is a bargain for the University. Ridiculous.

JFC. Can CU for once not step on their dicks?

Also, I don’t for an instant think that Matt Stephenson doesn’t have a rough draft already typed up talking about how Hawk and MM- two white dudes- got 4+ years to suck at CU while Embree only got 2 and MT is facing opposition to his contract. Add that to Uncle Phil’s plantation comments and the article practically writes itself

Jack Kroll graduated from CU-Denver in 2011. He is an assistant director in the CU Boulder Admissions office. In his vast seven years of work experience, I’m sure he is uniquely qualified for the task of managing a large university system.

CU Regents are such lightweights. I’m convinced it’s the reason CU is not living up to its potential in both academics and athletics. Other universities have accomplished men and women at the helm.

I’d lob the race card back at them. Just saying. Not a popular opinion. But fire with fire.

Jesus. Someone needs to draft a ballot initiative that bars elected officials from also being civilian employees in same agency that they oversee.
