What a complete waste of a good coach in Frank Maile. I know he feels loyal to his alma mater but he should have been in line for a DC job there, at the very least, and now he's coaching TEs?

Solid structural organizations and people is at least 50% of the organizations success. I am so hopeful that MT and RG build the administrative foundation to keep us successful should MT ever move to an NFL or other job. Hiring within is ideal if everything is in place, unless its Neuheisel over Simmons! Still not sure about that decision?
