Other games week of 8/29-8/31

I mean, is anything about this really surprising? Cincy's a really good team, and UCLA's issues weren't going to magically go away.

When the UCLA 247 site mentioned DTR's "inconsistent" fall camp, that should have been a red flag to their fans.

Given they were given the 3rd best odds of winning the conference, it is a surprise to somebody.

You'd have to be incredibly desperate or incredibly arrogant to want the New Mexico job.

agree. i live just outside Silver City, NM (south of the Gila Natl Forest).....and football in the region is dreadful all around. NMSU and UTEP were in ESPN's bottom 10, UNM is crap (Davie had one good year i think, but basically Bob Davie woo hoo), and U of A ain't much. i did have fun following NMSU hoops the last few years.

Cincy's been way too conservative. UCLA's run game is dog****.

Edit: This game is super weird.

ESPN FPI odds... which includes ESPN recruiting rankings.

UCLA looks like they’ve had enough of Chip’s innovative ways- and its only game 1.

This could be an ugly season in Westwood.
