I like the 150 patch on unis. Y’all remember the 100 decal?

Why did CU not have it in imo last night? No big deal. Just wondering.

They were not wearing the patch but had the sticker on the helmet. It could that the Buffs equipment manager does not like the look of the patch. On the note of uniforms it is really nice that the Buffs wear 3D bumpers. It makes a huge difference in making a uniform look modern and standout from the crowd.

I'm not a uni fashionista ... what the hell are 3D bumpers?

Pretty sparse crowd in Charlotte for the Battle of the Carolinas. What's up with that?

Good question and I was just wondering that myself. It's warm but not ridiculously hot so certainly can't blame the weather. My best guess is that it's being played in a drab NFL stadium. This game would likely be a a sellout in Columbia and very well attended in Chapel Hill. I think it also speaks to the apathetic UNC football fan base despite the excitement of Mack Brown's return. One other thing, South Carolina's campus is closer to Charlotte than UNC's by about an hour but there's tons of UNC fans in Charlotte.

This fits in with my theory that college football just doesn't do well in large/NFL cities other than a few exceptions - Atlanta, Dallas, New Orleans, and Seattle.

Three good teams at the top of the sec (if you include lsu) , then largely crap. Didn't missouri crush florida at home last season?

I wouldn't put Florida up there yet-they looked mediocre last week. Tennessee is terrible. Pruitt is instantly on the hot seat if they lose a game like this.
