Other Games 11/12 - 11/16

It won't matter a thing what USC offers.
I get it. He is a southern boy and loves it there. However, if I am USC that is my top choice. They can give him guarantees he will never find in this lifetime. His recruiting at USC would be epic. Not sure he can sustain success at LSU.

You have to play Alabama, Auburn, and TX A&M every year. Those conference teams are tens times anything you will ever see in the Pac 12 South, year in and year out. LSU is a mess financially.

So? He's 5-1 against Auburn and A&M since he took over as head coach though. This is what you're ignoring-Orgeron is a Cajun. That's his dream job. He's not leaving for USC.

He is not just a southern boy, he is a Louisiana guy through and through.

USC can offer ****loads of money, but they cannot offer him home. LSU is everything he has ever wanted.

Sure he can. They need to keep doing what they're doing-even if Joe Brady leaves.

OSU receiver just flat out hurlded ASU's corner.

Fantastic play.

I sense a bunch of beaver/stripper jokes in this game, but can't quite put them together.

Allbuffs:

Go!

All I am saying is if I am USC I throw everything at Oregeron. He will decline. He loves where he is. USC F'd up with him, but if I am USC I would do it and tell him whatever he wants. He has a clear path to success at USC more so than LSU.

I'm not going to disagree with you on them at least calling him, but you're still wrong on USC being easier than LSU-Orgeron is 5-1 against A&M and Auburn (since you mentioned them in a previous post trying to make this point) since he's been the head coach at LSU. All you've gotta do is beat Alabama.

Oregeron is Louisiana through and through. It's where he has family, where he talks like everyone else.

No question that LA is a place to be a star, a place with all the glitz, a place where a guy can be a national star. Don't think that much matters to him.

If he can win a NC at LSU he will never have to buy another cup of coffee in his life. He will be better than a star, he will be a legend, the hometown boy who made better than good.

Also yes USC can pay him whatever it would take if he were interested but that won't matter. Keep in mind that the money goes a lot further in Louisiana than it does in California. The money that LSU is going to pay him will allow him to buy just about anything he would ever want.

Utah is going to destroy us.

Not sure I agree entirely. Here's the way I break down the CFP picture-

Big 10-One team, and barring an upset by PSU or Minny, its going to be Ohio State.
Big 12-I don't think Baylor's as good as their record, and I think both Oklahoma and Baylor have played weak schedules.
ACC-Clemson's clicking. They're also not going to be pushed until the playoff.
SEC-I don't see the two teams coming out of there this year. In my opinion, Georgia doesn't have the firepower to hang with LSU offensively. Alabama's also likely heading for the Orange or Sugar bowls.

That's going to put the Pac 12 Championship winner into the 4th spot in the CFP. How does Utah handle that?

By beating the **** out of us on their home field. About the worst game to finish a season for a team with zero depth.
