2021 Official Fall Camp Thread

It’s embarrassing the lack of info coming from this team, on many fronts.

how do you account for omissions, wrong numbers, mistakes, etc.

Yes, pencil depth charts are used at end of spring and beginning of camp. They have a place.
If you **** yourself in the forest and no one is there to see, was it embarrassing?

I think most teams view the depth chart as a way of gaining some tactical advantage, even if it’s pretty weak. You simply can’t take it seriously or personally. Good for CU for attempting to troll UNC.

Nice personal attack.

I’d love to get credible info on the team.
I was saying that if one but the select few on this site actually pay attention to this team, is it embarrassing when the AID screws up the depth chart? Wasn’t meant to be a personal attack at all.

I reread my post. I should have written “if a person craps themselves…”
Not “if You”. Sorry.

Proud of the young players stepping up. It is a good sign for the program. I am not shocked that Wiley is starting over Wray. I am not shocked Marvin Ham and Manea are starting over Lamb and Barnes. Why shouldn't they start if they have played better in camp?
GTFOH.

My assumption, and god help us if I'm wrong, is that Dorrell is just giving some guys who worked hard this summer a chance to be listed as a start on the depth chart and possibly play the first few snaps against an overmatched opponent. A motivation/reward situation.

I'd be very surprised if a lot of these guys aren't pulled after the opening drive, or sooner.
I’m sorry, but this isn’t f*cking 3rd grade flag football. We don’t need to make the less athletically inclined kids feel special.

I’m clinging to a thin line of hope that KD is messing with all of us. That he’s playing chess while we are playing checkers. That he has all this figured out and we are just a bunch of rubes who don’t know our heads from our asses.

Maybe those guys, the ones were all talking about, are dinged up juuuuuust enough that HCKD doesn’t feel he needs to play them right out of the gate in what he hopes will be a glorified scrimmage. But that they are definitely in shape to play if needed against UNC and will be ready to go v A&M. That’s what I’m hoping for.
