#Fire Coach Dorrell

It was competent vanilla.

We don't have the talent to win with vanilla, no matter how competently it's run or called.
Competent vanilla is actually a significant improvement. I wasn't expecting much, Sanford is installing a new system, so the vanilla did not surprise. I am just saying it was a competent game plan. CU could have Art Briles running the O, and the talent limitations would catch up pretty fast.

The only thing I prefer is to avoid a winless season.
We are already getting footnoted as the only team in the nation predicted to lose every remaining game on our schedule.

Lose out this year and they sprinkle into their Top 25 coverage "Colorado is now a winless 0-13 dating back to 2021. Will this week be the week they break the longest losing streak in the country? Well, they are underdogs by 8 points this week, so this may take a while."

I may shoot myself if we get to that point.

Woo Hoo...
CU worst team between PAC and Big 12.
😕

At a time when realignment is the hot topic, RG and CU AD has an opportunity to make a bold move and make a coaching change. Think about the positive press and the positive news you’d see about CU. If we had continued to have a great program, instead of 15 years of misery, maybe we could have been a good fit for the big 10. It will take leadership to shift the narrative. I guess we will see this season if our leaders like RG have what it takes to lead us forward into this next step. I’d love it if we could make a change and then in 2 years, be one of the teams that’s getting talked about to join the big 10 or some other conference.

It has begun.

I know it won’t happen, but if RG could find the money and courage to fire Dorrell this week it would be a powerful signal that there still are expectations at this program. Nothing would say “I will not tolerate this type of program” like firing a guy in early September.

So the reason to keep KD is that there is no money to fire him. But at what point can't you afford NOT to fire him? With every humiliating loss, this program falls deeper and deeper in the hole and further behind our "peers." A move needs to be made to save the future of this program, not just the season.

You still willing to not touch Calhoun with a 39 1/2 foot pole because you think he can't recruit?

I'm done with this ****ing program. I don't know why I came down here to watch that ****ing garbage. I went to the game with a friend who used to work for George Solich. You guys know why he's not donating?

He's ****ing pissed. I wonder why?

Word is big donors don't trust RG with the $.

Dorrell is done, just a matter of when he gets shown the door. Could be anywhere from 3 more games to 22 more games.
Truth. Kardboard experienced the point of no return in the second half of TCU. Hawkins, it was obvious in 2009 when CSU stomped us in Boulder. MacIntyre, it was the collapse against the beaver.

Today went pretty much exactly as many of us expected, so no my feelings about Calhoun have not changed. Beating this CU team should be a gimme for most programs so I don’t know why I should change my feelings on Calhoun now. They didn’t beat us because Calhoun is a stellar recruiter.

Solich is done with CU is what I heard today.

Lots of entitlement from the CU administration-who thought they were entitled to a check from him every year.
Well then, that’s the kiss of death for RG too. This simulation has reached it’s Inflection point.
