Colorado vs. Oregon State - Nov 4 - 8PM, ESPN

Lewis resigns after this game. He knows Shurmurs a bum and if he is calling plays the Buffs put up 24 on OSU at halftime. No need to stick around for clown level Shurmurs play calling.
For those new on board, if you've been through the past 20 years and specifically the Dorrell debacle, you can smell 💩 and that smell is strong on Shurmur
The offense struggled to do anything with Lewis but he was going to have 24 put up against OSU who has a good D?

Math doesn't math.

As I said first time this season
I appreciate your frustration. I am also annoyed as ****, but he's taken responsibility vocally over and again. And he's made changes. I mean he literally changed the OC this week. It hasnt worked but he's not afraid to change things and not afraid to say what needs to change and to try new stuff that other college coaches would get crucified for. Also, imo the OC change is doomed by the fact that 2 is hurting so much that he can't take the space given on what should be an easy first down run or, more importantly, step into any of his throws because his legs are apparently just bruises held together by bones. That last minute sucked but the OL played better and with 3 missed throws and 2 drops we're ahead. LFG

I must be a glutton for punishment. Staying up just in case someone decides to coach or play big time football. I think I have Stockholm Syndrome after all the years of watching CU pretend to play P5 football.

I just want to O-Line to make a few good blocks keep our quarterback standing upright. Maybe run block and get something in the running department going. Is that too much to ask?

Worried about Shedeur. He’s so off mentally, and physically he looks a wreck. I’d rather pull him after the first two drives if he still looks how he’s been looking. Can’t have him get injured out there. Let our dumbass offensive coaches figure their stuff out with a backup. Not fair to 2 to have monkeys giving him calls.

Lewis offense: 400 yds per game, 33 pts per game

Shurmur: 53 yds, 💩 call literally gave the opponent a free TD.
16 points last week in 4 quarters against a pretty comparable D in quality. 26 ppg in conference play including poor D's like ASU, Stanford, and SC, good D's took this offense behind the shed and beat them to a pulp.

It reeks of an organization where no one can call out the head guy when he has a notion.
I actually think it is the opposite
Prime did not and does not want to fully control every single thing an assistant does and micro-manage them, but he brought in very inexperienced coaches at the P5 level, and is letting them coach.
I think he needs to take total control and just tell the Coordinators exactly what he wants
Tell the OC to RUN the ball
Tell the DC to light them up or play Cover 2 or whatever
I do not see him talking on his headset very often, so I think his assistants are just football game management stupid

Just gonna restate this, when people look back at the tape 2 is hurt and cant step into his throws. He missed three that he normally makes look easy and then we have two important drops. A lot of pressure on the young buffs but they're playing tough and hurt. JD has been great. SS has been good. We may lose this game but I see the future (and hope it starts in the third quarter). Does anyone know if Tramadol is legal in college football (asking for a friend)?

The whole reason why he lost his responsibilities is because our star QB is basically a shell of himself because of the beating he took v. UCLA
That's on the OL coach. Shurmurs calls are trash and Shedeur is getting roughed up just the same. It's not Lewis, it's the OL coach and lack of coaching proper blocking technique and picking up blocks. CP should have terminated BOB during the bye week and we're not in this predicament

He underthrew Travis badly and that would have been a TD

Who you think is ultimately responsible for the OL coach, the OC. Just like Prime is ultimately responsible for this team. That last three possessions is ON Prime

For those of you asking me whether it could be worse this week, there you go.

Pat S***mur gave OSU a TD on a silver platter. Unbelievable this coaching staff apparently does not grasp simple down, distance field position and clock management.

Change the play caller? Why not do it again. Maybe skippy the towel boy can handle next week.
