Allbuffs Season Ticket Renewal.

The ticket renewal packet came while I was out of town. Renewal deadline is March 6. Most of you know how this works, for those that don't, here's the deal:

Allbuffs.com has a set of two season tickets. We get donations from members in the amount of $25 or more to pay for the tickets. We hold a lottery for tickets to each game. Any registered member of allbuffs.com is eligible for the tickets. FC and the sack family hold two drawings a year to determine who gets the tickets. The rules are simple: if you win, you MUST pick up your tickets IN PERSON at the tailgate, and you MUST bring something to the tailgate, preferably beer. Because we had one game go unused last year, we're going to add one more stipulation and that is that if chosen, you must acknowledge your notice, and reaffirm that you will take the tickets. In the event that you're unable to use the tickets, we'll either re-draw, or you can give them to ANOTHER MEMBER.

Any registered user is eligible, with the caveat that *ebraska tickets won't go to any fusker fans, CSU tickets to any CSU fans, and so on.

Because there are six games this year, we won't need as many donations as the last two years. Total cost of the package is $374. So we need 15 people to throw $25 into the pot. Respond to this thread if you're in.

I'm in - that's one.

I'll be sending out PM's with instructions for where to send the money very soon.

Thanks all!

Edit: As the checks come in, I'll update the post by putting the paid folks in green. Got three more in today. Keep em' coming!

In like Flynn

EDIT: I assume I can just use the same address as the Rotary drawing. Correct?

Bump.

Holding at 13, we need two more.

And the first check is in - thanks Montana!!! You get a free beer at the first tailgate.

IN

Need an address. All I remember is the pain of having to send a check to a bank and the concern I had about where it would end up.(smiley intended but it will not let me do it.)

Thanks! PM's on the way.

Sacky

I ran to try to get the mail lady to pick up my check but she just kept driving off.

It will go out tomorrow.

Let me know when you get it if you find time.

Sorry I thought I was sending a private pm. One day I am going to learn how to use the system. But don't hold you breath

I'm not a contributor or a participant because I'm still on those student tickets, but I think it is a good idea. People who pay should have a better chance at winning the tickets. Just makes more sense.

i think people who contribute funds should get (2) balls in the drawing?

That's really not a bad idea. What say the board? I'll do whatever.

I'm fine with this, although I'm past the point of hoping it would give me any chance of actually winning...

My only concern about the idea is that it might be discriminatory against Scotchy.... :smile2:

Damn....buffs season tix are friggin cheap!

The seats aren't the greatest. We buy the cheapest ones we can get. But, if you've ever been in Folsom, you know that there aren't any really bad seats. I believe the seats are in sec 212.

Check #2 has arrived!!!

Thanks BW.

I have to say that the process is going much smoother than in years past. I hope I'm not speaking too soon.
