sacky.. all these conspiracy theory's ... maybe you deserve TBD's tinfoil hat!!!
Nothing is going to happen to them.
Srsly - Reggie Bush has been gone from USC for what, 4 years? This is ridiculous. If the NCAA were serious about this, it would have happened a long time ago. They figure that the more time that passes, the less the outrage will be once they sweep it under the rug. USC is one of the darlings of the NCAA. Nothing is going to happen to them.
Mark my words USC will have to forfeit all the games both played in and will loose a schollie in B-ball and 2 in football watch out below...
So yeah basically nothing will come of this.

Maybe because other than having goof ball, low life for parents, Reggie and especially USC were not involved.
I seriously doubt Pete Carroll would put the entire program in jepordy because of them.
They were working the angles...it had nothing to do with USC.
And that's the reason nothing has come of it...because they can't put together a case against the program.
Who cares? Move on.
Yeah, Holy Moley!Who cares? :wow:
How about every other school who gets shat on by the NCAA on a regular basis. Holy moley, you think Petey had NO IDEA this was going on right under his nose with his star player? You think Bush didn't know his PARENTS were living in a house they couldn't afford? :bs:
I don't understand that - since when does the NCAA put up with "legality?" They have been granted monopoly status and do pretty much what they want. They could demand information and punish USC if they don't get it in a timely manner, if they had the will.
Gate, come on now. How many schools have been punished when "boosters" give "benefits" to players and the school knew nothing? It has happened many times. The NCAA calls it "lack of institutional control."Maybe they don't have the will...maybe they just don't care. Maybe they can't put all the stuff together to make a case against anyone.
Again, Pete Carroll is not going down to everyone's hometown, like San Diego, and monitor what a player's parents are doing in their personal lives. He monitors what's going on at USC. Just like I doubt Hawkins is tripping down to one of his players hometowns and hiring P.I.'s to keep track of the parents daily lives. That's ridiculous!
As long as there are no ties of wrongdoing to the school or program, nothing will or should come of it.

Ummm.... remember when SMU used to have a top notch football program? They got the death penalty due to booster actions, which would fit your criteria for "no ties." That's just absurd.

didn't the ncaa say that the time had lapsed to discuss this, long ago? why is it therefore still being discussed? the ncaa is not going to do ANYTHING.
