They said, on ESPN, that Leach's attorney called James a "helicopter dad" because he's always hovering around. :lol: They also said that his kid has been pissed at not getting enough PT. Mark May thinks he'll be fired before the 31st, when his bonus kicks in. Hey, as much as I think this is BS, I can't stand Leach. He's a douche bag.

Leach expects to be fired. It's obvious he wants out.

The more turmoil the better as far as I'm concerned. Anything that helps us a bit to get a win next season. Also, maybe we end up poaching a recruit or 2. Definitely could happen (especially if we hire David Beaty as WR coach and get his Texas ties).

Exactly. If I were the dad, I'd be asking questions and getting answers out of the coaching staff. I wouldn't be on TV bellyaching. Prima donnas. Craig James was a prima donna going all the way back to Stratford HS. I'm not surprised at all.

SIAP since I didn't read all 4 pages:

Leach is trying to get fired (or justify leaving for another job). Supposedly all he had to do was write an apology to the James family to make all of this go away before it hit the press... and he refused.

apparently this is a false rumor.

This thing will play out like Slick Rick at UW, leach will be gone that AD will win her power-play, he'll sue get a rack of money, and the program will be in shambles for a few years.
