    I was at the game as well. Fans/atmosphere were great. I got the feeling they didn't think we were a threat though. I've heard some horror stories from husky fans. My experience was fine though.

    I'm with the majority here. 2-3 wins. Sadly, I think we will be hearing the phrase "Moral victory" quite a bit this year. I won't mind it so much if it means improvement, not necessarily in the win column. Just Performance.

    Before reading this thread I thought we would win 3, maybe 4 games. Now i'm convinced we'll be lucky to win 2. And apparently Jordan Webb is going to come to my house and punch me in the groin. But seriously though, i'm in wait and see mode. Still think we will win 3 or 4.

    Who knows? Maybe Wood was showing semi-legit pac-12 starting qb ability and Webb was just that much better. I doubt it but, here's to hoping.

    Webb is not my first choice but, i do trust Embree. I would've liked to see what each did in the first scrimmage. I hope he's right.

    Why I think we have a long way to go.

    I think the key word there is "scrimmage". Plus, they doubled the previous record. If we did that for the spring game next year I'd feel pretty good about our fanbase.

    Any chance of beating USC in the next few years?

    SC does tend to lose one game a year to a far lesser opponent. Is our team worse than the stanford team of 06 that beat SC at home? We won't know til the season starts. We're going to get rolled in l.a. this year. The coming years should be different as long as the mindset continues to change.
