Lots of upside with this signing! Succeeded with a very solid HS program and has the size to compliment our current receiving corp. Will be fun to watch how Justin develops.

Watching this guys highlights is interesting. Looks like he is hardly moving and isn't fast, but in the mean time he is rapidly pulling away from people who look like they are going all out. Will be fun to watch him progress.
