Help me out. Why do I recognize that name? Did Sr play in the league?
 
Am I correct in remembering that CU was a finalist for Byron Sr. when he was being recruited?

I think there was a notion at one point that Sr. had a 0.0 gpa at TT if I recall correctly, and that he was still able to complete his season. Left after his soph year maybe? Those were the days.
 
I didn't know that. Thanks. Evidently the stigma attached to the Baylor name isn't consistent across the broad population of recruits.

That’s what I was kind of getting at. It’s hard to fathom to me that we’re that low on the totem pole. Sure we could have stopped recruiting him, that’s likely. But the thought that someone would rather go to Baylor than CU makes me sick. Lol.
