From his tweet, it looks like Coach Eliot is who offered him.

Kid's going to have to be an absolute freak to even see special team snaps as an undergrad. He's never seen PAC12 competition playing in Belgium.
Save for a handful of recruits we pull out of some really good high school leagues in CA or TX, most of the recruits we bring in have never played against Pac 12 competition, and even those leagues are 50/50 with guys who are P12 caliber. The risk isn't on the physical side with the Euro recruits; it's 100% adjusting to the speed of the game and grasping the advanced concepts used in the States.

He's probably never seen American high school competition either.

Plus violence.

He’s a linebacker, not OL/DL.

Linebackers have to read and react. He will have an adjustment to make. It will be interesting to see how he adjusts after getting decleated by a pulling guard. It’s bound to happen, but if he’s smart and athletic, he will be fine.

I guess we will see what he can do against top level competition because he is supposed to attend Don Bosco Prep in New Jersey this year.
That will be very interesting to watch. This offer seems like it could be a bit of a reach. Senn's athleticism and aggressiveness jumped off the tape to me, and I totally understand that offer. This kid is obviously athletic, but needs to grow a lot with his technique and skill, which will be absolutely necessary as he doesn't appear to have the most fluid hips. Hope it works out!

Ohio State had him in. (Mic drop)
