I have never met them but I get the impression that the whole family has a degree of natural modesty. They would prefer to let their actions and accomplishments speak for them rather than draw attention to themselves.

If a kid doesn't want to have a big press event with a bunch of attention I can certainly respect that.

Didn’t we have two Lytles on the team last year? I don’t recall either one having an initial next to his name on the back. Those guys weren’t related though. Not that it makes a difference.

Even with different numbers it was a requirement in the NFL to put at least first initials on jerseys to distinguish the players. If the first initial was the same the players had to have full names.
