2018-2019 Coaching Carousel..

Graham Harrell (North Texas) hired at USC. Guess they are all-in on the Air Raid.

Oklahoma State hired Sean Gleeson (Princeton) as their new OC. Could be the next big thing from the FCS ranks.

He better make his move in the next 12 months before the disaster that is Les Miles and Kansas because completely apparently to everyone.
The article indicates he's interested in an XFL job, not a college job. If he wants and XFL job he'll get one regardless of how Les Miles does.

Also, I know he thoroughly earned the "Big Game Bob" moniker, but he had a much better record than Miles. Over Stoops had more 12+ win seasons than he did seasons where they won fewer than 10. That's crazy over 18 seasons. Les won 12+ only twice. Stoops also went to as many NY6 bowls as Miles went to bowls. Stoops also had more than 3x as many seasons (10) with top 6 finishes than he did seasons they finished out of the top 25 (only 3 times). Miles only had 4 seasons with a top 6 finish, and 3 of those were his first 3 seasons with Saban's system and players.

Stoops was a much more successful college coach than Miles.

All good points, minus the one where you suggest I should read the article before making wide, sweeping generalizations.

How could we possibly AllBuffs that way?!? (y)

That's potentially a good job for him as he keeps gaining experience and building his resume. Rams certainly need a ton of help with their secondary. If he succeeds, he'll have a lot of great opportunities because that pass defense has been a dumpster fire. But I worry about the career risk here, too. May not be easy to turn things around with the recent struggles and the uncertainty with Bobo.
