2019 Advanced Stats Thread

Buffs remain 48th:

Offense-8
Defense-113
Special Teams-2

Expecting the offense to get better from where it is vs some improvement from the defense. Put on a bell curve, which one has the most opportunity for any improvement? Forget the fact that this offense probable didn't have the 8th ranked recruiting class.......

How does an offense that scores 3 points and throws 4 picks sit in the top 25 of S&P...

Buffs are 73rd:

Offense-23
Defense-117
Special Teams-24

We're pretty much a mirror image of Cal. They're 72. Their offense is as bad as our defense.

72. California (4-4)-1.118.7 (112)19.7 (26)-0.2 (90)
73. Colorado (3-5)-1.535.9 (23)37.7 (117)0.3 (24)

It's not worth starting a new thread for this **** show. CU is currently at 93rd in the F+ ratings. ESPNs FPI also has us at 93rd. Contrast that to our recruiting rankings the past 5 years.

2021 - 64th
2020 - 36th
2019 - 44th
2018 - 53rd
2017 - 35th

AVG - 46th.
