2022 Myrtle Beach Invitational Tourney thread- (RV) MEN'S basketball (Conway, SC; 3rd CU game vs. Boise State, Sunday, 11/20,5:00 PM MT, ESPNNEWS)

Nice run, step up on defensive intensity to get a couple steals. Lovering again playing well, several offensive rebounds and some great passes. Keep it going.

He still has a ways to go, but Lovering is *massively* improved over last year. He didn't add much of anything last year. This year, he's doing a great job grabbing offensive boards and finding the open man for layup opportunities.

Tough to see Nique struggle this much. I really liked his game last year, but it just isn't working for him right now. Hope it's a slump and he can turn it around.

Jeez guys. I was only following the game from this thread. Thought we were getting run. Just checked ESPN box score and we're up by 8 at the under-8 TO.

Go Buffs!

Maybe biggest problem is DeS has 3 fouls.

I watched the guy play in HS. He was a better shooter under double-teamed pressure at Columbine than he is wide open at CU. Weird.
Yeah he's a weird player I think-I had CHS like 4 times while he was there. Seems like he's got the potential to be way more than what he is.

My neighbor and I both have this on our smartboards-this team could be really special if they can find a way to beat ****ty teams.

Wow. Where was this team yesterday?

Also, how does Ruffin look (all I see is an impressive stat line)? Seems like a guy who could be playing starter minutes at the end of the season.
