We should beat csu, 55-10. We should always beat csu 55-10. Every year in the score predictions, I pick us to beat them 55-10. This year, I will pick us to beat them 55-10. They are sheep.

Michigan. You guys want an early season "statement" game? How about an epic upset at the big house? Sure, it is improbable. But, damn, would that be sweet or what?

Does Sefo finally do it "all" this year? If the line gives him some time, maybe... Experience matters, even with the lost games last year, this guy has a lot of game time under his belt. If the line can hold up, maybe Sefo avoids the happy feet and bad turnovers. Maybe.

DEFENSE. I won't go so far as to say we are going to be fearsome on defense-- still not enough great athletes across the board and in the rotation. But, I do really like our secondary, even in nickel packages. I wish we were a little better at linebacker. The d-line if they stay healthy ought to be able to the best we've seen in quite some time.

What does having co-coordinators mean for us in game action? How does that work? Who is calling the plays; who is overruling? etc. We need to go fast on offense and try to keep teams from teeing off on us. Can all these minds work together and allow us to go fast?

I want a bowl game. That's the minimum bar for me at this point. We don't necessarily even have to win it, but we have to play in a bowl. Progress... Real progress must be shown this year. Hold that class together and set the table for next year.

I feel like we've made a lot of strides toward being decent again. The schedule is tough, but we need to break out. Maybe this will be our year.

    GO BUFFS!

I've said it before and I'll say it again. If we get to a bowl game, the recruits are going to notice, and the roof is going to blow off this mutha!

definitely upgrading the hazmat suit. perhaps you should focus on unarmed targets, like dead people and donkeys.

Buffs will surprise some teams this season. Hopefully they have a +++ turnover margin.

Not to be Debbie Downer, but Idaho St.'s coach is 1-0 at Folsom (Montana St.).

Every high level program can trace its current status to one year. One year where they performed far better than expected. For Mac1's teams, that year was 1985. They were supposed to suck eggs that year. They were predicted to finish close to or at the bottom of the Big 8. Strange thing happened - they won 7 or 8 games that year. They parlayed that into a recruiting class that included guys like Sal Aunese and JJ Flannigan.

So I put it to you, Allbuffs. Why can't 2016 be this generations 1985? Shock the world. Beat a few teams we have no business beating. Win a few on the road. Win a bowl game.

Make it happen. Now Is our opportunity for greatness. Do not let this opportunity slip away. Grab it with both hands and don't let go. Build your legacy right here, right now. All the pieces are in place, but it's not going to be given to you. You have to take it.

How did "profundities" get through the profanity filter? CU quit paying for recruits to get some profundities while on their official visits to Boulder during the Barnett era.
