Bigger Stronger Faster

I heard we had our best practice in years on Tuesday.

Seeing these numbers that Javier is putting up and there's no doubt the guy has the power and size to be a monster on the interior of the defense. It's fitness and it's also got to be technique. Mulumba, too. Drake has the raw materials to put together a heck of a DL this year and he'll show us quickly whether he's the coach we needed for this team. Fingers crossed that he ends up being a home run hire.
I think MM hires have been strong. He was too loyal to a few of his initial staff, but he’ pretty consistently upgraded of late. Before this strength staff we seemed to be going through knees about one per week.

Fisher is showing a ton of athleticism. Explosive and quick. Great to see because him reaching his potential is one of the big keys to this year's defense.

Fontenot is a better athlete than I thought.

One thing we are continuing to see with recruiting under MM is kids who continue to develop and mature after getting to Boulder. They seem to be good at seeing where kids will end up developing, not just where they are at in HS.

Came to post something similar. He's always had the potential, just been stuck behind some good players.

This is twice we've now seen Isaiah Lewis show up as a top tester. Great to see that athleticism from him.

And a special shout out to Kyle Evans who looks like he has gotten his quickness back after rehabbing that hip injury! (y)
