biggest recruiting weekend of the year... and the coldest weather in 3 years?

I have to admit that some of the best parties I ever attended were in sub 10 degree weather.

In the south we had hurricane parties...drinking hurricanes by hurricane lamps... Then peek outside at all the flooding and destruction.

The cold weather parties way more fun. We get liquored up, go sledding, shovel some snow then thaw some pipes -

Nononono. I partied at the beach during Sandy and it was a blast!!!

But it's a dry cold

Real cold (-9 right now) but clear. There is a beauty with the cold clear Flatirons. Plus you can say 'This is really as bad as it gets' and them the warm weather kids can relax and enjoy it.

If the sun is out, it doesn't feel as cold as it is. That is the beauty of the "dry cold"
See, that is a great selling point. "So, kid, bet you didn't realize its only 2 degrees out. Not nearly as bad as you'd have expected, right?"

As long as we are dealing with sun, it won't be bad. The kids will know that it's a polar blast that is usually much warmer. Doubt it effects anyone.

16 visiting.

There's a 2nd JUCO DB that I think only Rivals had confirmed last night.
