News Junkie
After a rocky start to his NBA career with the Detroit Pistons where he struggled to find consistent production and playing time, former Colorado Buffaloes point guard Spencer Dinwiddie signed with the Chicago Bulls on Thursday.

Dinwiddie was traded from Detroit for Cameron Bairstow over the offseason before being released shortly thereafter, thanks to the Bulls acquiring Rajon Rondo, Isaiah Cannon, Jerian Grant, and finally, Dwayne Wade. After initially looking like he might have a chance to compete for minutes in the Windy City, Dinwiddie’s career was put on notice.

That is until he dominated at Summer League, putting up 10.6 points, 3.7 rebounds and 2.4 assists in 24.6 minutes through seven games.

Thanks to that, Dinwiddie will officially be back on an NBA roster next season with thew chance to fulfill the earliest career promises he flashed during his time in Boulder.
