Ryan kicked off the show with the Top 4 Trends where he discussed the key injuries to the Broncos heading into the Jaguars game. Next, Ryan talked about his frustrations with the Nuggets after a disappointing performance last night against the Heat. Ryan followed up that conversation with some tough love for the Avalanche as they continue to be mired with inconsistent performances as well. Finally, he discussed MLB getting their new CBA in place and the removal of home field advantage for the winner of the All-Star game.

In the second segment, Jake Shapiro (@Shapalicious) joined the show to discuss CU Men’s Basketball, the Pac-12 Championship and his thoughts on the Rockies hiring of Bud Black.

In the final segment, Benjamin Allbright (@AllbrightNFL) joined the show with thoughts on CU’s chances in the Pac-12 Championship, College Football coaching hires and the Broncos possibly starting Paxton Lynch on Sunday.
