Buffs Set To Host No.1 UW and WSU

BOULDER— The University of Colorado volleyball team will host the top-ranked Washington Huskies and Washington State this weekend at the Coors Events Center. The Huskies will play the Buffs on Friday, Oct. 4 at 7 p.m. and the Cougars will come to town on Sunday for a 12 p.m. match.

Both contests will be televised live regionally on the Pac-12 Networks. Chris Marlowe (play-by-play) and Al Scates (color) will provide the talent against Washington and Rich Burk (play-by-play) and Kim Oden (color) will cover the Washington State match. Live stats will also be available at CUBuffs.com.

The first 500 fans on Friday night will receive free pom-poms from the CU Bookstore and the first 100 students will get a free CU Gold Diggers T-Shirt. On Sunday, there will be a free clinic following the match for youth in eighth grade and younger with the CU staff and players.
