Colorado vs Arizona

Disagree.....I thought they were complete homers (as they should have been, since it was basically a local broadcast). I muted them within 30 seconds.
Thirty seconds? How can you judge 'em after only thirty second? I enjoy, sometimes, listening to the other side's perspective.

I concur. There were students IN the band section. That was not cool.

Oh well... at least none of the drunk ass douchebags that stole my jacket last game were there tonight.

Dude, only 3 tubas tonight? You gotta step your game up.

Great game. The AD definitely put a lot of effort into this game. I think this was the first bball game I've been to where the band/cheerleaders were on the court pre-game. Great crowd. Still didn't seem like a sell-out tho.

Every game with the full band (school in session) features the on-the-court, "Zarathustra" opening

Umm, Washington?

Not so sure. We match up well with them. They've got great athletes, but their frontcourt guys are not scorers. However, we have 2 guys in Austin and Dre who are both capable of dropping 20 on a team. They're both inside/outside guys, too. I look at Washington and see a team with two fantastic guards who have to carry the scoring and then a lot of athleticism but limited scoring potential. They're flawed. We're flawed, too, but the way to exploit us is with what Stanford did by overwhelming us in the paint. I don't think Washington can do that.

We played a very good game agains uw. Anyways, I don't think it is a good thing to be 20 games into a season and saying we still haven't played our A game.

The PAC is a league full of flawed teams, including us. We could still end up winning the whole thing,- or finish in the second half of the league. Tad's teams have had a tendency to get better as the season goes on, with a young team this should hold true again. We also have a number of guys who can step up and make a difference on any given night.

Biggest issue now is that we have to figure out how to win a couple on the road. We are solid in the can but other than Utah we have been underwhelming on the road, this has to change.

Women are tied at 27 at the half in Tucson. This 2nd half is very important. Winner is right back into the top half of the conference standings. Loser falls way off the pace.

Only true road win this year was at Air Force, haven't faced Utah in SLC yet. Only other win away from home - besides AFA - was Western Michigan in Puerto Rico. Granted, we've only played 4 true road games and then those 3 neutrals in Puerto Rico. Glad we're starting with USC. Good chance to get a win and get some confidence on the road.

Great win, fantastic way to grind it out with Roberson having maybe the worst game of his career and those dreaded Free throws.

I gotta say this though, we are going to miss Dufault next year big time. He seems to be the only guy in the front court that has balls. Thats a problem for next year though, gotta go out and beat a lousy USC team and get ourselves a road win.

We'll miss Dufault. Reinforcements and scoring punch are coming to the 3, 4 and 5 with XJ, Scott & Gordon. I think we can absorb it, but it may take a while before we get in sync.

we needs to come on strong before their senior year. This year Dufault, the year before was Levi, we need more guys to contribute more for 2 or 3 years before we will be a really good team.

Dufault's really stepped up, but Scott and Gordon can offset that loss for the most part. Carlon's going to hurt though. Not only the production, but the leadership he's provided this year has been outstanding. Dre really needs to step up as a leader next year!

We're gonna need to extend the student section soon.

There's no reason to do that until it's getting filled on a regular basis. Excluding games over winter break it was filled for 5 of 13 games last year and 2 of 6 games so far this year, that won't cut it.
