He's going to play offense. Center or Guard. Absolutely zero chance of him moving to defense. We recruited him to fill an obvious team deficiency from 2009.
As a general rule, o-linemen do not move to the d-line. They're simply not fast and agile enough for it. Sometimes it works well the other way, though, since an under-performing DT can blossom as an athletic OL.
