Buffs up 10-9 with ball and 4:16 left (just called a timeout).

Going to OT. Buffs with a shot off the post as time expired. Inch from a win in regulation.

11-10 Buffs win!

Knock off #9 Northwestern to start the year!

This team's rise from nothing a few years ago to a contender this year is amazing!

WHAT A GAME!

This was my first game to see in person and man was it a fun one!! So many lead changes. So awesome that the BUFFS were able to come out on top! They deserved it!

They should be ranked after this win. I heard they were receiving votes already.

Ann Elliott is an amazing coach! What a job she has done building this program from scratch!

Ann Elliot is an outstanding coach. Just the right coach for this program.

So, um... thanks Bohn?

Yep. It was the right program to add from a lot of standpoints: fan-friendly spring sport, competitive opportunity & Title IX standing. And he found the right coach (most of that credit goes to Ceal, I believe). Only complaint I had was that WLAX was added despite having no way to pay for it and no budget applied to it. RG had to make it work and MM did help out quite a bit by paying for a scholarship.
