What a college experience

I arrived to Boulder in the summer of 2006. I wasn't even going to school, i just decided to move down here to meet the basketball team and see what i could do in order to play with them. It was actually kinda funny the first time i met the team to play. I think only half the team was there, and we really didn't have enough people to play. The courts were closed, so we decided to go play 1 on 1 at the rec center. The speed at which all my new teammates were playing at was completely foreign to me! I was truly just the big kid from the small sheltered town up in the mountains. I perfectly matched the famous saying of a "big fish in a small pound." However i must mention that i won 1 out of 2 games of cutthroat 1 on 1.
