EPA to recognize CU football for game-day environmental practices

    The Environmental Protection Agency will recognize the University of Colorado athletic department on Thursday for their environmental practices on game day during the 2013 season.

    Community relations is never a bad thing. Kudos to CU for being a leader in "green" initiatives.

    My first though was: you are what you emphasize.

    We all know that and it's why there is always so much snark when we see GPA records and environmental awards while the on-field results of our program were being gutted.
