Facilities Plans and RG's help in Recruiting

If I am not mistaken, Adam now makes their commit announcements free. An interesting "tidbit" in the article about our Witherspoon's commitment is a reference to RG presenting the facilities plans to the recruits:

"We also had a dinner with the athletic director (Rick George) and he announced the new facilities upgrades. That was probably one of the highlights because it was a very nice dinner (in the club suites at Folsom Field) and then the whole presentation of the facilities was very well done."

Given, RG's prior involvement with Mac 1's recruiting and his current role as AD, he could definitely be an asset on this big recruiting weekends. This could be part of the reason Mac waited to bring everyone in after the season. The coaches and the AD have the time to commit, and also perhaps they anticipated having agreement on the facilities before the 2 big recruiting weekends on campus.

I feel like we are in really good hands with RG and HCMM and the facilities commitments are just in time to let HCMM & Co close out this year's class with a bang.
