Football: Trio of juniors to end CU Buffs careers Friday

One serves as the lone member of the team that can put kickoffs in the endzone. One is a tremendously versatile athlete who can play both TE and receiver, and has shown some flashes in games. The third is a receiver that has been with the program for years that may or may not be due for a contributing season (but one way or another, brings valuable depth to a youthful position).

Can't imagine why we'd want to take up scholarships with players like those.

So, if Embree told them over the summer that they'd be graduating and playing their final season this fall... doesn't that means that these guys were never given an opportunity to compete as Embree had previously told us?
