[IMG] Great news for a former Buffalo. Wide receiver Travon Patterson, who transferred to CU from USC has signed a rookie free agent contract with the San Diego Chargers. Chances are long that he makes the team, but we can hope that he has plenty of opportunity to show what he can do. Congrats to Travon, I'd love to see him on the field in Denver taking on the Broncos.
Patterson, who played last season for the Buffs after transferring form USC, caught 20 passes for 127 yards in eight game. He also led CU punt returning and averaged 20 yards on kick returns.
He has returned to his home in Long Beach, CA and said he only has to drive down the coast to report to camp.
