I'm not saying the two are intertwined, but the other reality we don't seem willing to acknowledge is that because so few members of the Colorado print and broadcast media are "from" here or attended college here, it can affect media attitudes toward the CU and Colorado State programs.

Back to the subject on hand: Frei did write a good article but the question is do we have enough CU or CSU alumni writing about the college sports programs in this state for the state's flagship newspaper?
