Just because I love watching his offense's play and I wanted to put the name out into the universe.

No idea on recruiting but he was a Broyles award finalist in 2010 and almost coached Toby f**king Gerhart to a Heisman (runner up). Those Stanford teams he coached for were stout and he had a fair number of future NFL players on his O-Line and at TE.I like the idea because of his offensive abilities but does he have the slightest clue about college and recruiting?
This. Seems like a long shot as wellI just don’t see it. His offensive acumen is legit no doubt, but he has almost no college coaching experience and is probably in line (even more so than EB) for an NFL gig.

Theory: The guy who orchestrated the interview was their defensive cordinator then, was at the game last night (Vic Fangio)
Is there anyone legitimate that mentioned his name?Too many coincidences for you not to be right. Roman knows he should move on while his stock is high. The NFL will catch on to that offense, and Id argue the Titans did. Fangio takes in a CU basketball game last night and Roman's name leaks today?
This is the internet where the rules are made up and the points don’t matter. Is there anyone legitimate that mentioned his name?
Unless he’s bringing Heisman winner Lamar Jackson with him, hard pass.

You don’t think those QBs play in their own systems, huh?Quarterbacks, not systems, drive NFL success. Can’t be that hard to see given the success of Manning/Brady/Rodgers etc etc.
You don’t think those QBs play in their own systems, huh?
Nope. You are clueless about play design if you think this is the case. The unique talents and intellectual comprehension of those QBs ARE the system.
It’s the Greg Popovich phenomenon. Now that his run of HOF players is over, he’s another coach with a losing record.

This is idiotic. Besides Jackson, Roman coached Andrew Luck at Stanford, turned Toby Gerhart into a Heisman runner up, coached Kaepernick into an NFC champion (the same Kaepernick who can’t find a job now), coached Tyrod Taylor into the pro bowl, and now has Jackson. He must be the luckiest SOB on the planet to stumble into all these great QBs.The unique talents and intellectual comprehension of those QBs ARE the system.

It's disingenuous to imply Kaepernick can't find a job due to ability. This is idiotic. When guys like Tyreek Hill and Josh Gordon keep getting 2nd and 3rd chances I find it hard to believe that if GMs and coaches thought he could help a team win he wouldn’t be on a roster somewhere. It's disingenuous to imply Kaepernick can't find a job due to ability.
I think the point is that he doesn’t care to play anymore despite some of his public statements. His brand and bank accounts are far bigger as a martyr than middling NFL QB.When guys like Tyreek Hill and Josh Gordon keep getting 2nd and 3rd chances I find it hard to believe that if GMs and coaches thought he could help a team win he wouldn’t be on a roster somewhere.
Could be. My point still stands as it relates to Roman’s work with multiple QBs at far ends of the talent spectrum.I think the point is that he doesn’t care to play anymore despite some of his public statements. His brand and bank accounts are far bigger as a martyr than middling NFL QB.
