Still think P12 expansion needs to come at the expense of the Big 12. If it's not UT or Oklahoma, why bother?

Pretty much agreed. If the P12 can't get UT or OU, it's hard to justify any expansion. But the conference definitely needs to do something to keep up with others (not in terms of number of teams, but in revenue).
